The beautiful south-facing terraced gardens, both formal and informal, offer tranquility and seclusion: a perfect place to relax with superb views of the sea and the East Hill.  The private pool, which is surrounded by tropical palms and vegetation is an idyllic place to sit and relax after a day out in Hastings. The pool is available for guests to use, towels are available on request (free of charge)

Within easy walking distance are over 600-acres of Hastings Country Park (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with ancient woodland, heathland, cliffs and coastline), the Old Town with its busy bars, pubs and restaurants and not forgetting the three miles of seafront with its wide Victorian promenade.
